Health Research Skills 2: Searching in Health Databases Online
This session is aimed at second-year health students and health researchers seeking to develop their knowledge of searching in our EBSCO databases (Medline, CINAHL) and Proquest psychology databases (psychINFO etc). We will show how to search for specific kinds of studies (primary and secondary) and sources (peer-reviewed), and briefly cover the Levels of Evidence pyramid. There will be plenty of time for questions. The session will be sent as a recording to all registrants who cannot attend the live event.
